Active Directory
Create an Office 365 Mailbox in Exchange On-Prem (https://eac.stanleybet.com/ecp/) using your STANLEYBET domain account (STANLEYBET\admin.kiran):
Using the following domains:
- UK staff - @magellanrobotech.com
- Malta Traders - @stanleybet.com
Which then should sync with the rest. DO NOT create the account directly in Active Directory or 365 as it might cause issues down the road.
After the user appears in Active Directory, assign their manager under Organization tab so they can enroll in security training in Proofpoint:
To copy groups/distribution lists from another user in pr-gb-mgmt-03:
Get-ADUser -Identity [PERSON 1] -Properties memberof | Select-Object -ExpandProperty memberof | Add-ADGroupMember -Members [PERSON 2]
*Remove the square brackets
Then move the user to correct OU. Newly created users usually synced to the Users OU but if not:
Get-ADUser -Identity [username] | Select DistinguishedName
Common OUs:
- Malta Traders - User Accounts > Malta > Risk Support
Finally assign a Microsoft 365 E3 licence (and others if requested): https://admin.cloud.microsoft
Fresh Service
There are two main roles in Fresh Service:
- Agent - staff who handles tickets
- Requester - end-user who submits tickets
Agent
From Fresh Service (https://support.magellanrobotech.com)
- Admin > Agents (https://support.magellanrobotech.com/agents)
- Add Agent
- Fill in the following:
- Name
- Last Name
- Title
- Location
- Department
- Add
Requester

- New Requester
- Fill in the following:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Save
Both Agent and Requester options will send a verification email to set up account password.
Splashtop
Not required for Malta atm
From Splashtop portal (https://my.splashtop.eu/computers)
- Management > Users (https://my.splashtop.eu/team/members)
- Invite users > Invite via email...
- Fill in the following:
- Group
- Save
Netskope
From Netskope portal (https://magellanrobotech.eu.goskope.com)
- Settings > Security Cloud Platform > Users (https://magellanrobotech.eu.goskope.com/ns#/settings?view=users)
- New Users
- Fill in the user's email
- Add
Jira
From Jira (https://home.atlassian.com)
- Login with the shared First Line account that is saved in 1Password
- Teams > People > Add People
- Fill in the user's email and select both products
- Add n person.
Linux
Linux accounts are located under Administrator Accounts > Linux AD Accounts in pr-gb-mgmt-03 and an existing account can be copied from there.
Format is:
- First name & Display name: Linux Firstname Surname (eg. Linux Arman Kiran)
- User logon name: [email protected] (eg. [email protected])
- Description: user's department (eg. App Support (Linux Admins)
SIBGLOBAL / Webgoc / Castelli / Back office
Webgoc (http://console-at.sbinternational.co.uk/webgoc/index.php) uses SIBGLOBAL - pr-at-glb-dc-01 (10.107.1.100).
Castelli (http://217.168.171.135/castelli/login.php) uses Castelly IT Prod - 10.102.1.109
Accounts are located under Applications > OurSolution > Users. An existing account can be copied from there.
Format is:
- User logon name: [email protected] (e.g. [email protected])
Webanagrafica

From Webanagrafica portal:
- Menu > Operators > Create or update operator > New
- Fill in the following:
- Role
- User ID (namesurname as akiran for Arman Kiran)
- Password
- Last Name
- First Name
- enabled (Yes)
- Save
Share the password with user.

Hardware
For Windows devices, Fresh Service Discovery Agent should install automatically with Intune and register the device in Fresh Service. Please update the following for any device registered in the Assets > Inventory:
- Asset State
- Location
- Used By
You can also install the agent manually for Windows: Installing Discovery Agent [Windows] or for Macbooks: Installing Discovery Agent [Mac].
To setup a Macbook
- Connect device to the internet
- Create a local admin account
- Update device's name to SIB number from settings otherwise it will display as just "Macbook" in Intune
- Download the company portal app (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/intune-service/user-help/enroll-your-device-in-intune-macos-cp)
- Launch the app and login with the user's account
- Download and install the profile which will probably throw an error first. To fix hat
- Add the device to Intune
- Then add it to the Liverpool Macbooks group
- Enable FileVault from device settings
- After that, try installing the profile again
- Finish setting up Bitdefender
If the device still doesn't appear in the inventory for some reason, please register it by Assets > Inventory > Add New.
Once the employee receives the device, don't forget to change asset status to "In Use".
