Basic information on the Live Data client can be found below:
- Live Data client is a functionality of the Betradar platform
- It's used to settle bets that need manually settling or checked due to a query from a customer
- Used by Live traders
- Used by the online team for bets that are not automated
Permissions to access the platform are provided by Dave Parkin, Danny Manson and Paul Said.
This is a 3rd party platform and therefor, not hosted by us in any way. Issues we are likely to encounter would be permissions based or network based. Remember to check emails from Betradar as they would advise of potential service issues should the platform be unavailable
If you are dealing with a ticket that advises a user is unable to access the console, please first check you can access the URL - https://portal.betradar.com/
Please note this is different from the Betradar odds feed that provides odds information for the entire platform. This is specifically front end access to allow traders to book and manage offers, and therefor, is generally a less critical issue. Of course this should be treated on a case by case basis and assigned the appropriate priority.
