To install iPortal on a PC, open this URL on the users computer - https://iportal.barclays.com/olb/auth/login
Make sure the user has their card reader plugged into the computer and navigate to the below part of the page:
Then open this URL on the users computer and enter the required details from the users card - https://signingsoftware.barclayscorporate.com/
This will then redirect you to a download page where you can download the required software. From there, follow the instructions on-screen. There will be a part that asks you to install the bluetooth add-on, this is not needed.
After installation is complete, restart the computer and head back to the iPortal login page. Assuming the card reader is plugged in, the user should now be able to see the login button on the webpage. They can then follow on-screen instructions to access iPortal
**Note** - if the user is using firefox, they will also need to install the "Germalto Web Signer" extension. This can be done by navigating to extensions, searching the name, and installing from that page. Refresh the browser when done and the login button on the iPortal page should show
