This guide is valid for both Webanagrafica IT and BE.
- Log in Webanagrafica (IT https://backoffice.stanleybet.it/webanagrafica/index.jsp - BE https://backoffice.stanleybet.be/webanagrafica/index.jsp)
- Once logged in, click on the menu button on the top right corner of the page and click on Ruoli Operatori.
- If you are creating a new group, click on Nuovo on the top left side of the screen and fill in the name of the group "Descrizione Ruolo" and its abbreviation "Sigla ruolo". Then check if "Only authorised terminal's IP addressed" and "Hide sensible data" are needed. Once completed, click on "Salva". The group is now created.
Now, permission will need to be added and this will require assistance from the requestor. Each category has 2 options: "Abilitazione" and "Read Only"
"Read only" will make the value/option/field visible to the operator belonging in the group without ability to modify it, while "Abilitazione" will give the operator rights to modify and interact with the option.
N.B.
The permissions are structured in a way that the whole menu needs to be visible to the operator in order to have it accessing any sub category.
In the below example, please note how _0_puntivendita is the only description, without being followed by --> ***** which defines a sub category, and that defines a Main Menu that needs to be visible in order to have all its sub category accessible.
