and download the tool
1. Run CMD(command prompt) as administrator.
2. Go to uninstall tool folder with below command
3. Run command.
BEST_uninstallTool.exe /bdparams /bruteForce /unsafe
wait for message then reboot
after reboot try and re install and should work.
