Planned Maintenance - Notifications should be sent to a wide audience to prevent major incidents being raised or to prevent App Support being woken up uneccesary. Until the outlook distribution lists have been reviewed we should send comms out via the MI Portal as there is lots of nested DL's within each email sent.

- When you have accessed the MI Portal, Insert the Fresh Service Reference Number
- Select the country that is affected e.g., Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Italy or Romania
- Select the audience to be informed pending on the type of maintenance Retail Shops or the Online Platforms
- Retail - Country Affected / RSC / Malta Trading / SIBIT
- Online - Country Affected / Fraud & Payments / Online Department / Malta Trading / RSC / SIBIT
- Select the Offer Type if know e.g, Live, Regular, Virtual....
- Subject should be in the following format: <Insert Provider Name> Planned Maintenance
- Impact should state what services will be affected
- Brief Description - Take the wording from the notification, remove any technical jargon
- Next Steps: When we receive feedback that the maintenance is complete, further communications will be sent
Announcements on Fresh Service
Scheduled announcements can be set up from the dashboard screen
Subject Line should be Country Affected - Product - Summary e.g., Belgium Online - Blitz -Scheduled Maintenance Production - 01/12 and 02/12
