RSC or Fraud & Payment teams will report that they need to change a Player account details in the Back Office as the details the player registered with are incorrect.  The player account will be blocked by the BCG due to the player registering information that isn't correct. 


Note : It is not possible to change the details in the database due to the number of related tables and database objects. 


Resolution Advise RSC to close the account and register the player again in Back Office.  If there is funds in a player account the transfer of funds will have to be discussed with Fraud & Payment team.

Note the same applies to Italy Online registrations too, if a fiscal code isn't correct ask RSC to recreate the account.
