Responsys is a customer data platform supported by Oracle. It is used to manage digital relationships and deliver the right marketing to customers across email, mobile, social, display and the web.


Responsys is an application used by Umberto to support campaigns for the Italy and Belgium Online Platforms.  Campaigns are not expected to run over a weekend but they will be run over xmas and will be a busy period.  


The application support team will be responsible for ensuring the imports are run correctly.  The jobs run between 03:00 – 04:30 each morning and a second job runs at 08:00.


The information to be captured on each investigation are the following:

  • Date

  • Name

  • Action

  • Length of time involved in investigation, 

  • and if a change is to be made, authorisation should be recorded.
    This can be done on the tickets in Fresh Service, the new ITSM (Incident, Problem, Release, Change and Asset Management tool).
