Back Office contains templates that are emailed to the customers by Credit Control team. When any templates are reported as not being received e.g, DOC_003 and DOC_004 it need to be renewed the DBA team will perform the task. Once completed the mail-handler will require a restart by App support.
Malta Online team may also report that they want to change a template but may not know the name of the template ID - Assign to DBA but ensure an example of the current template is provided and an example of what the new template will be.
