RSC may report players being stuck in 'Open Sessions' or money is blocked. The DBA team will provide a spreadsheet with multiple tabs and First Line should take ownership of managing the player open sessions and request that they are closed by contacting the game provider.



In the event of an AAMS disconnect (Sogei) any players who are already in the website will be stuck in Open Sessions and money deposited might not appear in their wallet.

In the example spreadsheet attached 'AAMS outage 25022020' is the data the DBA team will provide. 


The player 'Open Sessions' can be found on the OpenSessionsVsClosedTickets tab. In the column count_valid_rounds_open session, any values that are greater than ‘0' are affected.  The win/lose status should be requested from the provider.  All rounds with value of '0’ should be closed by App Support.


Filter the values in the spreadsheet and extract the provider information into separate spreadsheets to ensure the provider only has visibility of their rounds.  Email the relevant provider with the below.

 

Please find attached a spreadsheet for Open Rounds that are in our system.  We would appreciate it if you are able to resend the win/lose status for each round if possible.
 
If the provider sends back a refund request:



  • When there are refunds for an amount greater than 10 Euros, please send the email also to Andrea Manciocchi <[email protected]>, as he should authorize payments in these cases.



When the provider has confirmed completion, the DBA team can re-run the report to confirm the sessions are closed.
