Questions:


  • How was the scratch card redeemed?  Online or via the PVR (shop agent)
  • How is the player trying to deposit?  Is it Online or via Web Mobile version of the website?
  • What is the error message
  • What is the refill code?
  • Was the code entered without 'dashes' e.g., 5219-7189-9847-4545 becomes 5219718998474545
  • What is the actual amount of money taken from the Scratch Card?
  • What is the users account credited with the true value of the scratch card?
  • Once the scratch card is used is the same card still use-able or does it now say its already been used?
  • Ensure a copy of the receipt is attached to the ticket.
