Vouchers are created online and the player will take the voucher into a PVR (shop) to withdraw money from their account.


Note: if a player registered for online gambling in a PVR (shop) the player can only withdraw money from that particular PVR.  However, a player who has registered their account online and not in an actual shop.is known as a 'free player' and these types of players are able to go into any PVR agent. 


When the player takes the voucher to the shop, the PVR agent will go to WEBPDC and the customer will insert a password that is only known to the customer. The PVR agent will check the number and the amount and pay the customer.

Questions:


  1. Is this affecting all vouchers or just a single voucher?
  2. Player username(s) If all vouchers please provide 3x example?
  3. How did the player register for online gambling was it online or in a PVR?
  4. If PVR is it the same PVR the player registered with?
  5. Has RSC confirmed there is enough money in the player account?
  6. Has RSC confirmed the players documents haven't expired?
  7. Is there an error message
