When an incident is reported and the information provided isn't clear, prompt RSC by asking some or all of the following questions: 


  • What is the issue?
  • Are there any error messages?
  • How many users are affected?
  • Is this happening on the Website or Mobile App?
  • What country is this affecting? (IT/BE)
  • What device is being used? (PC/Mobile/Tablet)
  • What OS is being used (IOS/Android/Windows7/8/10/MacOS/Linux)
  • What Browser is being used (Explorer/Firefox/Chrome/Safari)
  • Has the browser cache been reset?
  • What is the username(s) of the account(s) affected

  • Game Title?
  • Steps taken to produce error
