When an incident is reported and the information provided isn't clear, prompt RSC by asking some or all of the following questions:
- What is the issue?
- Are there any error messages?
- How many users are affected?
- Is this happening on the Website or Mobile App?
- What country is this affecting? (IT/BE)
- What device is being used? (PC/Mobile/Tablet)
- What OS is being used (IOS/Android/Windows7/8/10/MacOS/Linux)
- What Browser is being used (Explorer/Firefox/Chrome/Safari)
- Has the browser cache been reset?
- What is the username(s) of the account(s) affected

- Steps taken to produce error
