Problem Description: Traders may report the date/time/markets are not automatically updating with the changes sent by Betradar. Traders will have tried to recreate the event in the console and will see the correct date/time as expected, but the change is not made and the date remains unchanged


Root Cause: Events automatically go through the system by Betradar using two methods:

Calendar (AAMS/BR integration)
Description Event ID (Betradar only)


Sometimes, when an Event is created by 'Calendar; and then postponed the new date/time is not updated automatically and needs to be recreated by a script. 

This never occurs when an Event is created by Betradar using the 'Description' as it takes the Description ID and not the Calendar. The Description can be replaced after long time.


Note: The script is not the same for Bet Genius it is only for Betradar.

Assign: 
Ensure the Match ID is captured in the ticket and pass to DBA support to run a script to resolve.
