An email/file may be received from Sogei (ADM) reporting a player(s) who have been able to place bets whilst in suspended mode. ADM will ask for the issue to be identified.


Service Desk must record the occurrence of the incident (report to Service Desk Manager) 


RSC/F&P team - to confirm the following: 

  • If the player was ever suspended and if so what date/time
  • What games was played on that particular date


Application Support:


To identify why the player was suspended.


Whilst the games played is unknown focus on the logs for the following applications:

  • WSPGDA
  • CapeCod
  • Playtech
  • XGiocanline
  • XSport
  • WSSport


Once the incident is resolved, the following template is required by Giorgio Ranieri (Compliance Officer) 


1. Description of the facts
2. Reason for the Anomaly
3. Corrective Interventions carried out
