Issue Management
Should there be any critical issues – they should be dealt with according to the process already in place for other product .
The lower priority issues need to be managed via Helpdesk with the usual process by raising HT ticket in Jira assigned to PM Elena Roberts.
IMPORTANT : In both the above situations please bear in mind to provide sufficient information on the issues, logs captured and initial results of support team investigations
